Giving of Self
through musical expression
The members of And the Angels Sing come from a diverse background in music, but they are united in their joy of giving of self through their musical expression.
The Unarius choral ensemble’s repertoire features a variety of songs, ranging from pop to classical to old-time favorites like “Chattanooga Cho Choo” and “Over the Rainbow.” The choraliiers sing in four-part harmony (SATB) with piano accompaniment. Their repertoire also features several original songs, such as “Starship Hope” and “Lullabye of Love.”
And the Angels Sing perform at Unarius’ celebrations and events, retirement facilities, senior mobile home parks, and health care facilities for mentally and physically challenged individuals in the San Diego area. In previous years, And the Angels Sing has traveled to Orange County, California to participate in an annual Peace Jam, and they were one of many groups that performed at Expo 2000, a millennial celebration held in San Diego, California at Balboa Park.
