Ninety million souls populated Kallium at the time of Uriel\u2019s contact; their average lifespan was 200 years. There were thirty-three brother scientists and spiritual leaders, including Konea who was only twelve years old. The planet is located on the outer rim of the galaxy and already had a transmitting device to reach other planets within the galaxy.<\/p><\/div>

Communication System<\/h6>

Uriel overshadowed an individual named Io who had visited the planet to set up the communication system and to build the tower. Konea built an electronic apparatus in a building that had been vacant for many thousands of years and put all the other mechanisms into working order.
