One Billion Years Old
Located in the middle of an arm of the galaxy, the planet is 1 billion years old. Vulna is overpopulated with over 5 billion people; birth control was not allowed because of religious decrees. The average life span was 40 years. Ten-story tall buildings provided habitation for entire families. Planet Vulna already had an electronic device that was used to communicate with other planets; it was enclosed in a conical building.
