The population on planet Po was 120 million. The leaders of the planet were formerly in a negative state because of self-induced hypnotism. The people had been enslaved for 1,000 years and had been in a state of atrophy. They had created thought forms and obsessions that had overtaken them.
Mental telepathy
Mental telepathy was developed to a high degree. The planet also had a high degree of physical science, but the people lacked the equilibrium of a spiritual science. A tower was built 1,000 years ago of gold and crystal. Spiritual degeneration and negative forces had depleted the planet and drained the life forces of the people.
