Osnus has a population of four billion
When contacted, planet Osnus had ten inhabited satellites or moons on which the population of four billion lived. Many thousands of years ago a war resulted in a lack of air, and this necessitated that cities be built underground. At the time of Uriel’s contact the unity of these people was threatened by a separatist movement.
Ranee could communicate with Uriel
The planet leader Ranee had an electronic cap, which helped him communicate with Uriel. This 200-year-old leader had some knowledge of the spiritual teachings and a building had previously been inspired from the Unarius Brotherhood.
