Ninety million souls populated Kallium at the time of Uriel’s contact; their average lifespan was 200 years. There were thirty-three brother scientists and spiritual leaders, including Konea who was only twelve years old. The planet is located on the outer rim of the galaxy and already had a transmitting device to reach other planets within the galaxy.
Communication System
Uriel overshadowed an individual named Io who had visited the planet to set up the communication system and to build the tower. Konea built an electronic apparatus in a building that had been vacant for many thousands of years and put all the other mechanisms into working order. He was the only one who knew how to operate the apparatus.
