Planet Idonus is slightly larger than our moon and when contacted had a population of 75 million. This was a peaceful planet; the people were being guided by principles taught many thousands of years ago, yet they were not advanced in scientific technology.
Certain people had higher spiritual and psychic powers
The leader Macinus, who was 500 years old when Uriel contacted her, had not instituted education for the masses. Many thousands of years ago the people of Macinus were very electronically oriented, but an energy crisis resulted, and consequently, they decided to live in a closer relationship with the land.
