The population of Delna was 100 million when Uriel contacted Nadnee, the head scientist of the planet. They had established a scientific city with a cone-shaped tower and had a highly mechanized form of life. Shana, the intelligent being who visited the planet 100,000 years ago, initiated their scientific way of life.
Controlled by scientists
However, their life had become one of taking orders from the scientists and lacked any sense of creativity and a higher inflow of intelligence. Once Nadnee understood the drastic situation they were in, Uriel was able to guide the entire populace through the flames to polarize new and intelligent information into their psychic bodies
