Population of 10 million
Planet Dal had a population of 10 million. The inhabitants had developed their mind powers but were lacking a hookup with their higher selves so the color of their skin was blue. There had been no war on Dal for 100,000 years, and they had developed an advanced technology that was similar to that on Mars.
Lacked Spiritual Development
The people of Dal could communicate with other planets. They could direct energy and control the climate to provide the people with all their material needs, but the ingredient they lacked was spiritual development.
