No procreation
The population of Ballium was once 2 million but had diminished because there was no procreation. This world was controlled by electronic devices that had been created by the leaders to provide freedom from labor, but the people became controlled by these machines. The result was a state of atrophy lasting 500 years. The concepts of spiritual life were understood, but because of a great overemphasis on electronics for selfish purposes, a reversion had occurred.
Restored population
The help extended by Uriel, through the Lens, enabled the people of Ballium to understand the cause of their problems and to restore the population of the planet through their greater understanding of the science of Unarius.
